PSKC instructors and students supporting Special Olympics Pennsylvania through participation in the annual Paterno Family Beaver Stadium Run today along with over 3000 other runners.

PSKC competitors won the team award at Young’s Tournament on April 7th, 2018 for most points earned in forms, weapons, sparring and breaking competition.  Congrats everyone!

Members of the Penn State Karate Club will demonstrate Okinawan Karate at 6:20 PM.

Although our dojo 道場 is in 106 White Building, Karate 空手 can be done anywhere, day or night.

Kusanku No Sai was created by Tatsuo Shimabuku 島袋 龍夫.  He adapted the Kusanku kata, learned from Chotoku Kyan 喜屋武 朝徳, for use with sai.

The Fall 2017 Student Involvement Fair has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 24th from 11-4pm on the HUB lawn.  Look for the Penn State Karate Club table to meet some of our members and get more information.

Penn State students interested in learning Karate should complete the Club Sports participation agreement, available on their website: http://sites.psu.edu/clubsports/   Use “KARATE” when filling out your Club Sports participation agreement, then come to one of our Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday classes in 106 White Building at 7PM.
