PSKC closed the spring semester with a picnic at Spring Creek Park and some kata practice in the water.  Our summer class schedule is pending.  Check back for updates.

PSKC runners joined thousands of others on April 19th to participate in the annual Paterno Family Beaver Stadium Run, supporting Special Olympics Pennsylvania.

Karate classes in 106 White Building are done for the summer.  We will return to 106 on August 26th with the start of the fall semester.

In addition to earning their Penn State diplomas, Laura Egan and Christian Conlon also achieved the rank of Shodan this spring.

Beaver Stadium Run, April 13th, 2014

April 5th, 2014.  PSKC members won 31 trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishes in kata, kobudo and tameshiwari events at Young’s Tournament, earning the team the 1st Place Team Award.

Congratulations to members of the PSKC Competition Team!  PSKC tied for 1st place in overall points earned at an open style tournament hosted by Young’s Tae Kwon Do in Bellefonte on October 5th.
